New Digital ID & Personalised Care for our Veterans

Posted on:

We know that those who have served in the Armed Forces often face unique challenges when it comes to their health and wellbeing. We want all our veterans and their families to know that we’re here to support you in every way we can.

Our care coordination team regularly keeps in touch with veterans registered at the practice, offering personalised support, guidance and a listening ear whenever needed. This care extends to veteran families too, recognising the important role they play in every journey of service.

Digital Veteran ID Card Now Available

The UK Government has recently launched a new digital version of the Veteran ID card, which can be accessed through the GOV.UK One Login app.

The existing physical card remains valid, but the new digital option offers a simpler, more convenient way to carry proof of service on your phone.

This makes it easier for veterans to:

  • Apply for housing or employment assistance
  • Access discounts and veteran-related benefits.
  • Prove their status when accessing NHS services and community support
