Mounjaro for weight loss – A welcome step forward

We’re pleased to see the recent news about Mounjaro (tirzepatide) being recognised as a treatment option for weight loss on the NHS, which is a long-awaited and welcome development in supporting people’s health and wellbeing. However, while this is encouraging progress nationally, local availability is still being finalised, and our GP practice is currently awaiting further guidance before we are able to prescribe it.
